ABOUT US

Kormission is a Metro Manila-based online store that was launched on June 27, 2020. We sell official Korean merchandise of your favorite K-Pop and K-Drama stars.

We are dedicated to making merchandise accessible to as many fans as possible. Our main mission is to bring you over the moon through great deals and affordable goods.

Kormission is currently handled by admins Chelsea and Jam.

DATA PRIVACY

1. Your personal details will only be kept for records purposes and will not, in any way, be shared to third parties.

2. You may not share my personal information with anyone else.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. NO JOY RESERVERS AND BOGUS BUYERS. Fill out the order form if you are 100% sure of buying the item/s.

2. OBSERVE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE. Failure to provide a proof of payment on or before the due date implies joy reserving. If you wish to cancel your order, you must pay a cancellation fee of P100 per item. Otherwise, you will be blacklisted and will be permanently blocked from transacting with Kormission again.

If you wish to have a deadline extension, kindly contact me. I can be considerate, provided that you comply with the new deadline. You may ask for an extension only once.

3. For late payments, you will be fined P75 for each day you exceed. You will be given only a maximum of 2 days beyond the deadline.

4. You will be paying two types of fees – the total purchase price and the local shipping fee. Upon placing your order, I will be sending you an e-mail containing your total purchase price. You must accomplish this payment on or before the deadline I have set. Once your items arrive in my residence, I will once again e-mail you to tell you how much you need to pay for the local courier services. Your item/s will not be shipped to your address until you pay the local shipping fee.

At most, you will be given a month to accomplish your local shipping fee. Otherwise, your item/s will be sold to another buyer.

5. Payments for confirmed orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if your item becomes out of stock before I secure all orders with my supplier, then your payment will be refunded.

ITEMS

1. Kormission will NOT be held liable for item defects. I will be handling the goods with utmost care. In case you receive a defective item, please note that the damage may have been incurred by the courier.

2. We will strictly follow the NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE policy once you receive your item.
